To be eligible for Gateway’s Investor Green Plus Home Loan, the property must have one of the following; a 7 Star Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS), a 7 Star Residential Efficiency Scorecard, or a Green Star Designed or Certified home from Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA). This needs to be evidenced with a copy of your certificate from either NatHERS, Residential Efficiency Scorecard or GBCA. For a security property in the ACT, which has its own system for energy rating, a certificate from an accredited assessor licensed in the ACT showing at least a 7 Star rating is also acceptable.
