  2. Complete the survey by 5pm, Friday 15 October 2021 (AEDT).

The survey will only take a few minutes to complete.

Once you've entered 

Eligible entrants will go into a draw which will take place at 10:00am (AEDT) on 18 October 2021 at Level 10, 68 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The winner will be contacted by telephone and will be notified in writing via email within two business days.
