The Board of Directors of Gateway Bank Ltd will hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 25 November 2021, commencing at 5:30pm.

In the interest of our Members’ health and wellbeing, Gateway has chosen to host the 2021 AGM as a virtual event where Members can join a live webcast of the proceedings online. All Members who participate in the AGM will have the opportunity to ask questions and cast direct votes at set times during the meeting.

If you wish to attend the AGM:

  • Complete our Registration form
  • Once registered, you will receive an email from Vero (our webcast provider) with a unique registration link and login information. You will receive this email in the days leading up to the event. Please do not share your link and log-in details with anyone.

If you are unable to attend the AGM:

  • You can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Proxy Forms can be downloaded here or from our list of resources below
  • Proxy forms can be emailed to up to 48 hours prior to the event.
